Let's set the initial subscription goal at 500, leaving some room for additional updates.
If the initial subscription exceeds 500, I'll add one chapter for every 300 subscriptions. This only applies to the initial subscription, which is the first day.
However, once the average subscription count is available, I'll also add one chapter for every 300 subscriptions.
For monthly passes, it's also one chapter for every 300, and this includes welfare monthly passes.
