Chapter 7: A new chapter in the universe

Thus, He once again exerted His divine power and created Tethys (Ancient Greek: Τηθύς, not Thetis, mother of Achilles).

She is the goddess who controls the flow of water, the goddess of fresh water, the goddess who nourishes all things, and the goddess who nurtures the world.

She is responsible for drawing the endless waters of the vast Oceanus, which encircles the world, into the world, and then returning them to the Ocean.

She is also responsible for managing all the rivers and lakes of the world and using them to nourish the world, making it vibrant with life.

However, even with the nourishment of water, the land still appeared too barren, lacking vibrant life.

Therefore, the Heavenly Father, the Master of all things, once again exerted His supreme divine power and created the God of Creation, Growth, and Harvest—Cronus!

At this point, the world was sufficiently complete, having formally transitioned from the “dual state of unified opposites” to the “triple state of generating all things.”

This is the ultimate truth of the universe: Dao (Wuji) gives birth to One (Taiji), One gives birth to Two (Heaven and Earth, Yin and Yang, Light and Darkness), Two gives birth to Three, and Three gives birth to all things.

“Three,” this sacred number, is the perfect number in the universe, the number of all things.

It symbolizes the unity of beginning, middle, and end, representing the summation of past, present, and future.

It is the smallest odd prime number, the first non-symmetrical prime number, and the first composite number.

The basic dimensions of three-dimensional space: length, width, and height, are the foundation for constructing solid geometry and the basic form of physical existence in the real world.

The three basic states of matter: solid, liquid, and gas, constitute the core logic of material changes in the world.

The three primary colors of light (red, green, blue) and the three primary colors of pigment (red, yellow, blue) are the basis of vision and color.

Even the genetic code of living organisms: the codons of DNA are also composed of three nucleotides, determining the basic unit of protein synthesis.

“Three,” this sacred number, signifies that Heaven and Earth have completely transformed from chaotic disorder to perfect order.

The evolution of the world entering the three-fold stage signifies that the world began to evolve all spirits and phenomena through the gods.

After Cronus came into being, the world prospered, and endless plants began to appear.

Under the combined nurturing power of Heaven and Earth, secular life also slowly began to emerge, sprouting its initial consciousness.

By now, the world had completely stabilized, free from external threats, and was thriving at an astonishing rate, full of vitality.

Even the darkness among intelligent beings, the now isolated Nyx, the Night Goddess, was feigning death, not daring to make any move, not daring to challenge the authority of the Heavenly Father in the slightest.

Everything seemed fine, everything was flourishing, as if an eternal golden age was about to arrive.

However, at this very moment, deep within the ancient and powerful primordial Mother Goddess Gaia, boundless rage was already brewing.

Uranus constantly expanded His authority, disregarding any of Gaia’s opinions, creating and evolving arbitrarily, forcing her to “nurture” one law after another.

He fragmented her authority into tiny pieces.

If everything had been to her liking, with both gods working together in creation, then it would have been acceptable.

But instead, everything depended entirely on Uranus’s will, and she dared not say anything, having to fully cooperate with Uranus’s endless demands. How could she tolerate this?

She was the primordial Mother Goddess! The source of all existence!

But now, she had merely become the source of Uranus’s creation!

Like a passive tool!

This extreme suppression made her almost go mad. Or rather, she was on the verge of self-abandonment due to this endless oppression.

Unbearable, no need to endure further!

Of course not.

She could only endure.

Everyone clearly saw what happened to the last one who couldn't endure.

Direct confrontation was absolutely impossible; it would only lead to instant annihilation.

She could only find a way in secret, seeking an opportunity for counterattack.

She wanted to use Uranus’s power to initiate her counterattack!

Thus, she actively engaged in a union of laws with Uranus, intending to give birth to pure gods of matter and destruction, to serve as her sharp blade for counterattack.

Uranus did not care about the thoughts of any intelligent beings; the stronger the world became, the stronger He became.

However, the only exception was Gaia, the Mother of All Things.

The Supreme Sky, the Supreme Master, He did not care about anything in the universe, nor did He hold anything in the universe in His heart, because they were all tiny, humble existences that He could create or annihilate at will.

Only the most fundamental and essential cornerstone of cosmic existence, the embodiment of matter, the source that nurtured spirituality—Gaia, the Source of All Things—could forever deeply attract Him.

The active union of the Mother of All Things would only fill Him with ecstasy. Therefore, the Heavenly Father willingly entered into a joyful union with the Earth Mother; Heaven and Earth intertwined once more, and the universe was filled with divine rhythms.

The difference was that this time the union was led by Gaia, the Mother of All Things. They merged with an unprecedented depth, and the laws of the world continuously collided and evolved violently.

The sky and the earth merged tightly, endless laws collided violently, endless matter rapidly generated, and the cosmic gestation reached its peak.

After an unimaginably long time for mortals, within Heaven and Earth, accompanied by terrifying roars and dazzling light, three Cyclopes (Greek: κύκλωψ), also known as the legendary one-eyed giants, were born.

They were:

Brontes (Brontes / Βρόντης): Meaning “Thunder,” whose birth brought the roar from the depths of the universe.

Steropes (Steropes / Στερόπης): Meaning “Lightning,” whose birth tore through the primordial darkness.

Arges (Arges / Ἄργης): Meaning “Thunderbolt,” whose birth carried destructive power.

The intelligent beings born from this gestation were completely different from previous ones.

Because of the Earth Mother Goddess's active cooperation and deep union, these three Cyclopes were born with physical bodies, rather than mere incarnations of cosmic laws; they were a perfect combination of flesh, divinity, and law.

These three Cyclopes fully combined the strengths of Heaven and Earth.

They were skillful and clever, possessing extraordinary creative artistry, capable of forging world-shaking divine artifacts.

They also possessed extraordinary wisdom, capable of discerning the mysteries of laws.

At the same time, they possessed terrifying primordial power and the power of laws.

Their power was inherited from Uranus, the Master of the Universe, and Mother Goddess Gaia, the Mother of All Things; their physical bodies, naturally born from Heaven and Earth, were incredibly powerful.

They could play with mountains thousands of miles high like marbles, easily reroute rivers hundreds of miles long, and even the boundless inland seas could not submerge their colossal bodies.
