Chapter 3: First arrived at Guiliyuan

On the vast, boundless plains of Guili Plains, a massive crater suddenly appeared, as if struck by a meteorite from beyond the heavens.

However, this was no natural phenomenon, but an accident that occurred just a minute ago.

Just moments before, as a person as handsome as the readers was about to land, Qixuan was still engrossed in browsing the system's shop, completely oblivious to the approaching danger.

As she was about to make intimate contact with the ground, Qixuan suddenly awoke as if from a dream, frantically trying to brake.

Alas, it was already too late.

With a deafening 'bang', like a bolt from the blue, the tranquility of Guili Plains was shattered instantly.

The sound was ear-splitting, as if the entire earth trembled.

Qixuan got up, holding her head, and muttered, "I just wasn't paying attention. It won't happen again next time. By the way, Aichan, why didn't you remind me?"

This level of fall was nothing to Qixuan, who had already become the Herrscher of the End; she just got a nose full of dust.

Aichan emerged from the imaginary space, "Didn't I remind the Captain?" (Aichan stomped her foot in anger).

"I shouted loudly that we were about to reach Guili Plains, to stop quickly."

"But Captain, you were still flying."

"Good thing I returned to the imaginary space beforehand, or I would have been covered in dust too."

Qixuan chuckled foolishly, "Hehe, it won't happen next time."

Her laughing appearance truly resembled that of a certain 'Sandal-bug'.

After speaking, she stood up and surveyed her surroundings.

A light blue sky and the deep crater she was currently in, with plains in the distance, and further still, some mountains.

She used the clearance of the Herrscher of Reason to change into a Shenzhou-style ancient costume and then headed north towards Guili Plains.

If she remembered correctly, Tianheng Mountain was there, also part of Guili Plains.

Guizhong first descended there and began establishing human settlements there.

The commotion here naturally startled the God of Dust, Guizhong, who was establishing human dwellings in the northern Tianheng Mountain.

However, she believed that the sudden birth of a powerful God was nothing out of the ordinary.

The birth of Gods was bizarre and varied.

You could never imagine how they came into existence.

Before determining whether the other party harbored ill will, and while her strength was still in the middle to lower ranks among Gods, it was better for Guizhong not to investigate.

Moreover, the construction here currently depended on her.

And the Gods in various parts of Liyue all sensed the sound just now.

However, only one or two Gods dared to go and investigate.

Morax had only recently been born and, after creating Tianheng Mountain with his divine power, temporarily led the humans he protected to settle by the sea.

Just as Qixuan was on her way to Tianheng Mountain, a cry for help suddenly came from ahead, sounding like a child.

Qixuan told Aichan to return to the imaginary space, then immediately teleported over.

A small girl, dressed in coarse linen, was seen crouching on the ground, trembling, her hands wrapped around her head.

She had a wooden frame on her back, and some Whopperflowers were already approaching her.

Qixuan pulled out her twin guns, the Nameless Key, from the imaginary space and quickly said, "Don't be afraid, little one, big sister is here to save you!"

Then, with a charged shot of imaginary energy, she took down one Whopperflower.

At this moment, two more Whopperflowers suddenly emerged from behind Qixuan, intending to launch an element attack.

But Qixuan turned her head and fired two shots, sending them to meet the Heavenly Principles.

Qixuan looked at the dumbfounded little girl, ran over, and patted her head.

"Didn't scare you, did I?"

The little girl shook her head and asked timidly, "Is big sister a God?"

Qixuan was stunned for a moment, thinking, 'It seems she's mistaken me for a God.'

"It's also the period of the God War, so it's a normal thing."

"Yes," Qixuan said.

"Big sister is a newly born God. What's your name?"

Qixuan's gentle demeanor eased the little girl's fear.

Because she was afraid that this God would be very cruel.

It wasn't that other Gods hadn't invaded her dwelling place before, but they had all been driven away by Lord Guizhong.

The little girl said, "My name is Xiaocui."

Qixuan: "That's a very nice name. Why are you out here alone? It's very dangerous outside."

Xiaocui said, "My father is sick, and I wanted to come out to gather some herbs for him."

"Lord Guizhong said she would find a way."

"But Xiaocui doesn't want to trouble Lord Guizhong; Lord Guizhong is still busy building our living place."

Qixuan: "You just said Lord Guizhong? Is the God of Dust, Guizhong, leading you?"

Xiaocui asked curiously, "Does God know Lord Guizhong?"

Qixuan: "Ah, haha, maybe your Lord Guizhong is too famous. I heard other Gods discussing her from afar before."

Xiaocui was also very pure and didn't think Qixuan was lying to her.

Qixuan looked at Xiaocui and said, "Then can you take me to your Lord Guizhong's place?"

"I just came into existence and don't have a place to live yet."

Xiaocui happily said, "Okay, God, please follow Xiaocui."

Along the way, Xiaocui learned that this God was the Herrscher of the End.

As for the name she used in the mortal world?

It would be Qixuan.

Qixuan said she could be called Sister Qi, but Xiaocui still called her Lord of the End.

Because the power of Gods was still etched in the memories of mortals.

Qixuan and Xiaocui soon arrived at a place.

That was the initial human settlement established by the God of Dust, Guizhong.

It was far from as large as Gui Li Assembly, which she later managed with Morax; it consisted of simple wooden houses, very ordinary.

It wouldn't be an exaggeration to call it a small village.

The busy people at the entrance saw Xiaocui return and quickly went to inform Xiaocui's father.

Soon, Xiaocui's father and mother rushed over upon hearing the news.

Hugging Xiaocui, her mother said, "My child, where did you go? Do you know how worried Daddy and Mommy were?"

As she spoke, Xiaocui's mother shed tears. Xiaocui was very happy that her parents cared for her.

"Mommy, don't be sad. Xiaocui is fine."

She turned to introduce Qixuan to her parents, saying, "This is God who brought Xiaocui back."

Xiaocui's father then noticed a beautiful, elegant-looking girl behind Xiaocui.

Xiaocui had just said this was a God.

He wondered what she was doing at Lord Guizhong's place.

He handed Xiaocui over to her mother to take home, then stepped forward and respectfully asked, "This God, may I know why you have come to our humble abode?" His tone was respectful, without any hint of offense.

Qixuan didn't mind these formalities.

She just said, "I am a God who has just been born not long ago. I plan to find a place of refuge."

"I heard that the God of Dust, Guizhong, here is approachable and loves peace."

"I decided to come and see."

At this moment, Guizhong, upon hearing the commotion, put down her work and rushed over.

Upon seeing this person who claimed to be a newly born God, she couldn't help but wonder if this was the one who had caused the loud noise earlier.

And from Guizhong's inability to sense Qixuan's aura, it was clear that the other party was significantly stronger than her.

If she had come with malicious intent, it would be terrible.

However, Xiaocui had just told her that she had saved her, which proved that this person was benevolent.

Guizhong stepped forward, told Xiaocui's father to go home and take care of Xiaocui, and she would entertain Qixuan herself.

Qixuan looked at the Damselette a head shorter than herself and thought, 'Is Guizhong really this small now?'

Guizhong stepped forward and said, "Hello, I am the God of Dust, Guizhong. May I ask if you are the God who caused the loud noise in Guili Plains earlier?"

Qixuan said, "That was me. I had just been born when I encountered Xiaocui being attacked by some Whopperflowers, so I rescued her."

"Xiaocui told me that the God of Dust, Guizhong, here is an approachable God, so I wanted to come and see, and perhaps consider settling here."

Guizhong lowered her guard.

Changing to a light, girlish tone, she said, "You scared me to death! Of course, of course."

"When you first arrived, I couldn't sense your aura. You're much stronger than me."

"Come, come, I'll show you around the place I've built."

With that, she pulled Qixuan inside.

Being pulled along so closely by such a Damselette, Qixuan was still a bit unaccustomed.

Although she was also a woman, in her previous life, she had never held a girl's hand, let alone been pulled along.

Qixuan didn't refuse and let Guizhong pull her around for a tour.

After some time touring, Guizhong said to Qixuan, "How is it? Isn't it great? I spent a lot of time on it, and I still have many ideas, but I've encountered some difficulties."

Guizhong scratched her head, a little embarrassed.

Qixuan looked at the Damselette in front of her and thought, 'She truly is a God who loves people.'

Qixuan said, "Many places are already very good. I also have some insights here, but you should tell me your difficulties first."

Guizhong's eyes lit up and she said, "Let's go, let's find a place to talk in detail."

With that, she pulled Qixuan towards a wooden house.

After the two sat down, Guizhong said she had nothing good to offer and poured a cup of water.

Qixuan, however, smiled slightly and extended her hand, conjuring some pastries on the wooden table.

Qixuan: "Try them, they're delicious." Guizhong was amazed and said, "Is this your clearance?"

Qixuan replied, "It's one of them."

Guizhong was somewhat shocked, "One of them?"

"Does a God have more than one clearance?" Looking at the unfamiliar items emitting a faint fragrance, Guizhong exclaimed, "It smells too good! Even a God like me can't resist!" She picked up a piece and ate it.

Qixuan said, "How does it taste?"

Guizhong: "It's too delicious! How did you make it? Gods don't need to eat, but this is truly too delicious!"

Qixuan chuckled, "I just had some ideas and made them." As she spoke, she took out some more.

After Guizhong had tasted each one, they got down to business.

At this time, Guizhong was already very interested in mechanics and had invented many things to help people.

However, there were also many problems that mechanics couldn't solve, such as housing safety, food, and defense against external Gods.

Many of these issues were difficult for Guizhong's current mechanical skills to resolve.

As someone from Blue Star, Qixuan had a lot to say about these issues.

Regarding the food problem, Qixuan suggested considering planting high-yield and easy-to-grow crops.

She had some seeds that could be planted; these foods were not very picky about the environment and were easy to survive.

Guizhong said, "How can I accept this? I haven't helped you with anything yet, and you're giving me such precious things."

For the current Guizhong, although the humans she protected didn't have to live in constant fear, sometimes they still didn't have enough to eat or warm clothes.

They could only barely get by.

There was still much she needed to do, and these seeds were indeed precious to her.

Qixuan smiled and said, "Consider this my help for joining you." Guizhong found it hard to refuse.

Then, regarding the housing problem, she could use her clearance to build houses, which would be much more convenient.

Guizhong said, "Your clearance can do that too?"

Qixuan: "My clearance allows me to construct anything I believe I can understand."

Guizhong expressed that she was much stronger than herself; she could only control sand.

As for means of defense against external enemies, Qixuan stated that good materials were needed to forge weapons.

Wood and stone tools were simply not durable enough.

With that, she pulled out a pitch-black stone.

Guizhong asked, "Isn't this still Shitou? No, the internal composition doesn't seem to be rock either."

Qixuan said, "It's not Shitou. It's much harder than Shitou. I call it 'Iron'."

"I'll give you the method for forging it. If possible, mine it in large quantities."

"That way, people will have a way to deal with ordinary monsters."

Guizhong said with some emotion, "You've helped me too much."

With that, she took out a mechanical item she had spent a long time making.

It was an exquisite small crossbow. Although it couldn't be called precious, it was her best item.

Qixuan expressed that she liked it very much.

As the two were chatting happily, a sudden commotion came from outside.

Guizhong frowned, stood up, and went out to check. Qixuan followed her.

They saw several villagers running in panic, shouting, "Oh no, other Gods have brought monsters to attack us!"

Guizhong's expression changed. Although she had mechanical skills, facing powerful Gods, her chances of winning were not high.

Qixuan, however, remained calm. She looked at the menacing monsters, a hint of coldness flashing in her eyes.

"Guizhong, you and the villagers retreat to a safe place. Watch me deal with these guys."

With that, Qixuan pulled out the Nameless Key from the imaginary space with both hands.

Leaping into the air, the twin guns in her hands shot out bullets like lightning, and wherever they went, monsters fell to the ground.

The attacking God was startled by this sight, not expecting such a powerful being here.

Before it could react, Qixuan had already teleported in front of it.

Qixuan also recognized who it was: the God Evil Chi.

There wasn't much information recorded about it, but it seemed to have been suppressed by Morax in Qingce Village in the end.

Chi looked at the person in front of him and knew she was also a God.

However, her aura was much stronger than his, and Chi dared not act rashly.

Qixuan said to Chi, "Why invade the territory of the God of Dust?"

Chi let out a heavy sound, "Is the law of the jungle not right? What's so good about humans?"

At this, Qixuan snorted coldly, "So you mean if I'm stronger than you, I can kill you, is that right?"

Chi did not reply. Qixuan took out the Divine Key of the Void - Twin Guns from the imaginary space, joined them together to form a greatsword.

Qixuan said to Chi, "I'm giving you one last chance. Leave now and promise never to disturb the people here again."

Chi chuckled lightly, "You are indeed strong, but I'm not necessarily afraid of you." With that, it mobilized its internal power, and the surrounding rocks gathered together to form a small mountain-sized mass, charging towards Qixuan.

In the eyes of the villagers, that small mountain-sized rock was almost half the size of Tianheng Mountain.

Qixuan snorted coldly, "Seeking death."

She raised the greatsword with one hand and lightly swung it forward, a terrifying flame streaking towards the rock.

With a bang! The flame easily shattered the rock and struck Chi.

Instantly, half of Chi's body was incinerated by the flames. Chi fled in a hurry.

Qixuan did not pursue, but if there was a next time, it wouldn't be just a single sword strike.

Qixuan returned to the ground.

Guizhong ran over and said, "Qixuan, you're too strong! I feel like you could even compare to Morax next door!"

Qixuan smiled helplessly, "Oh, you, what are you thinking about all day? Come on, let's go back."
