“Kirlia? (What are you all doing?)”
Just as the Squirtle Boss and his group were about to feast, an unusual voice reached their ears.
“Squirtle, Squirtle!”
Realizing that someone was crashing their party, the Squirtle Boss instantly sprang up, ready to see who it was.
When he turned around and saw that it was a Shiny Kirlia, his entire bald head flushed red. What a beautiful Pokémon! He had never seen such a beautiful Pokémon in the vicinity before.
And it was blue, just like him. What exquisite taste!
It wasn't until a subordinate next to him snapped him out of it that he realized this was not the time to be thinking about such things. The most urgent task was to find out what she was here for.
“Kirlia? (Isn’t it obvious? I’m here to be your boss.)”
Shiny Kirlia blew on her fingers. She had finally been let out to play, so she might as well have some fun. She had heard about a group of Squirtle in the area that pranked everyone, so she came to check them out.
Not bad. Although the little turtle on her older brother’s flyer looked ugly, in reality, these blue-headed little guys seemed quite interesting to play with.

He pointed to the highest rock for Shiny Kirlia, indicating that she should sit there and that they would be her subordinates from today onwards.

One Squirtle immediately lay on the ground as a stepping stone... a stepping turtle, allowing Shiny Kirlia to safely climb onto the rock.
Shiny Kirlia gave him a knowing look, stepped on the turtle shell, and sat on the rock.

The Squirtle Boss handed Shiny Kirlia today’s haul, which was Team Rockets’ picnic basket, along with a pair of women’s sunglasses that were even nicer than the triangular sunglasses on his own eyes.

After distributing the lunch to all the subordinates, Shiny Kirlia also received a rice ball, with the explanation that as the boss, she had to eat first before they could start.
(It definitely wasn’t because they were afraid of getting hit.)

To set an example, Shiny Kirlia took a bite first, but as soon as it entered her mouth, she spat it out. What was this? It was too salty, not even half as good as what her older brother made.
She spat out the chewed-up rice ball, rinsed her mouth with Life Dew, and with a single squeeze, the rice ball floating in the air was instantly destroyed without a trace.
“My salted fish roe rice ball! You brat, you really don’t know how to enjoy things!”
Seeing her rice ball being spat out after just one bite, the short-tempered Jessie couldn't take it anymore. You could say she was embarrassed for being caught by Pokémon, but you couldn't say her cooking was bad!
Jessie was now extremely angry at Shiny Kirlia for spitting out and even destroying the rice ball after one bite.
“My pork cutlet sandwich!”
James was also very sad watching his lunch go into the Squirtle’s stomachs. Being tied up and having their lunch stolen was already sad enough.
The most heartbreaking part was having to watch the people who tied them up eat their lunch. Boo hoo hoo, what kind of torture was this?

The Squirtle Boss turned back and told them to be quiet, not to disturb their meal and welcoming of the new boss.
“Damn it! How dare they look down on humans like this!”
Although they couldn't understand what the Squirtle were saying, it was clear that the Squirtle looked down on them, and even that arrogant-looking little girl didn't spare them a glance.
It was infuriating!
“Meowth, don’t you think this Pokémon looks a lot like the one with that Da Guitou?”
Meowth, however, noticed something unusual. He kept feeling that this Pokémon resembled the devolved form of the giant Pokémon that followed Yu Feng.
“Speaking of which, I think I remember seeing her in Cerulean City.”
James also remembered that they had seen this Pokémon in Cerulean City. It seemed to be someone else’s Pokémon.
