Chapter 139: You are my good brother

"Ai Wan?"

Unbeknownst to Yu Feng, Indeedee had returned to his side at some point, offering him a cup of black tea.

She then tilted her head, looking at Yu Huijun and Fu Ningna, who were still in a standoff. She seemed particularly curious about what made Yu Huijun so charming.

But no matter how she looked, he was just a standard middle-aged human uncle. Aside from being slightly stronger, he was nowhere near as cute as her Yu Feng.

"Finished chatting? What secrets did you have to keep from me? Pfft! So bitter!"

Yu Feng casually took the black tea and took a sip, instantly spitting it out. It just so happened to spray all over Fu Ningna and Yu Huijun, who were arguing in front of him.

Oshawott, seeing the situation, sighed. The shell in his hand moved slightly, and water appeared out of thin air, washing Fu Ningna clean while she was still stunned, and neatly collecting the small puddle of black tea into a ball, hiding it away.

As for Yu Huijun, his eyes lit up after smelling the tea. He looked at Yu Feng, who was holding the teacup, in surprise: "This is genuine Polteageist black tea! Where did you get this? You're completely wasting it by drinking it like that!"

After Gallade evaporated the black tea with his Psychic power, Yu Huijun excitedly shook Yu Feng. He didn't even have many channels to buy such a rare item.

Yet here he saw someone guzzling it down like a cow chewing peonies, and wasting so much of it.

"Stop shaking me! It's just some tea. I'll have Indeedee get you some."

Yu Feng, who was used to drinking this stuff, didn't think it was particularly rare. He just wanted this uncle to stop shaking him so he could ask Indeedee what had happened and why the tea brewed today was so bitter.

Hearing Yu Feng's words, Indeedee pulled out an arm-sized bottle and handed it to Yu Huijun.

Yu Huijun carefully took the bottle into his hands. This size was enough for him to drink for almost a month. For this stuff, he would have to save two months of his salary just to afford enough for one day.

He didn't know which scoundrel caused there to be so little Polteageist black tea left in the wild, and the black tea produced by breeding facilities wasn't very good and came in small quantities.

He had smelled the taste just now; it was definitely black tea produced by a wild Polteageist.

Just this one serving would cost him a year's salary.

Oshawott also looked at the black tea with longing eyes. After all, that person had to save two months' salary to drink a day's worth of black tea. His own Trainer wasn't very good at making money but spent it incredibly fast.

If he wanted a cup, he had to rely on his friends to bring him a little from the Yellow River.

Seeing Oshawott's longing gaze, Indeedee, after getting Yu Feng's permission, pulled out an identical bottle and handed it to Oshawott.

Oshawott, having received the black tea, even relaxed his serious expression a bit. He then glanced at Yu Feng, then at his Trainer, and nodded.

It seemed he had to ensure his own clumsy Trainer got along well with this person. Someone who could give away such a rare item so casually must be well-off. This was a good brother indeed!

"Is this stuff really that precious? I've been drinking it since I was little. Anyway, Indeedee, why is today's tea so bitter?"

Yu Feng didn't think this stuff was precious at all; he had been drinking it since he was a child and was almost tired of it.

He was curious why today's tea was so bitter.

"Ai Wan~~"

Indeedee covered her mouth and laughed, pointing to the opposite side, indicating that today's tea wasn't brewed by her. How could she not know that her Yu Feng liked sweet things? He even added sugar to milk. The real tea brewer was on the other side.

Following the direction Indeedee pointed, they saw another, slightly larger Indeedee kneeling on the ground with a look of despair, questioning her existence with 'Ai Wan, Ai Wan' sounds.

Yu Feng only heard a few phrases, such as 'How could he like sweet things? She doesn't like sweet things!' and other baffling remarks.

It was as if Yu Feng not liking her tea was a monumental blow to her.

"Indeedee, you..."

"Gugugu~~"

Yu Huijun was about to say a few words to tell Yu Feng not to mind, after all, Pokémon like Indeedee liked to take care of children, but his words didn't come out in time.

A rumbling sound from a stomach echoed in the ears of the three people present. Seeing everyone's gaze turn to her, Fu Ningna instantly turned into a 'steam princess,' opening her mouth several times to say something, but each time she was interrupted by the rumbling of her stomach. Finally, she gave up, closed her eyes, and shouted loudly.

"I'm just hungry! It's already noon, and I only ate a few biscuits this morning."

"Let's go. I happen to have a few friends here too."

Yu Feng also smiled. He knew the situation in Kanto; breakfast indeed wasn't very filling.

He then put down Lao Mei, who had been silent from the beginning, and gestured to Indeedee to pack up their luggage.

"Kirlia!"

Shiny Kirlia's eyes under her sunglasses were filled with complexity. She was quite curious about what this Gallade did.

"Oh, a Shinny Kirlia. I used to have one too, but it wasn't a Shinny one."

Seeing Shinny Kirlia, Yu Huijun's face was full of nostalgia. He remembered that he also used to have a Kirlia that stuck to him.

"Kirlia?"

Shinny Kirlia pointed at Gallade, indicating, "Isn't your Kirlia right here?"

"No, no, sigh, never mind. Just cherish your Trainer."

Yu Huijun shook his head repeatedly. No way, the Kirlia he was talking about wasn't this Gallade. If he had known he was male, he wouldn't have caught him.

He didn't want to elaborate on the specifics; that was his personal business, and he didn't want others to think he had some strange Hobbies.

"Kirlia!"

Shinny Kirlia rolled her eyes at him. Did he even need to say that? Her relationship with her older brother was indestructible!

The two quietly watched Yu Feng and Indeedee pack up their belongings, instantly teleporting them back to the hotel.

"Let's go. There are plenty of places to eat on the beach."

As a half-Kanto native, Yu Feng had reason to show his two guests around.

After everyone recalled the Pokémon they needed to, they walked towards the pedestrian street on the beach.

They hadn't walked far before they reached the pedestrian street. The aroma of food enticed Fu Ningna's cravings; she could barely hold back anymore.

"Welcome! Our Sea House has excellent washing facilities, and our ramen is delicious!"

"Come, come, come... take a rest!"

"We also help store items! Welcome!"

"Pika Pika~~~"

Just as they were about to step into a seemingly luxurious shop, a familiar sound instantly drew Yu Feng's attention.

"What's wrong? Did you hear a friend's voice?"

Yu Huijun looked at Yu Feng, who had suddenly stopped, with some confusion.
