Chapter 15: Kegel exercises

Mian Ruo Village.

Cracked ground, dry wells, and leafless, withered tree trunks from which two sack-covered corpses hung.

On the ground lay several iron cages with spikes, and the desiccated corpses of Cultists, emitting a nauseating stench, with only swarms of flies feasting.

The sky was dim, and a five-story-tall church stood isolated in the mist, its roof completely obscured by White Magic.

A group of people arrived from a distance; their attire varied, including elves, beastmen, mages, and warriors.

Their eyes were vacant, their faces pale, but their movements were surprisingly synchronized.

Only the man leading them had a slightly more natural expression; he was dressed in the attire of a noble ranger and approached the church door, knocking on it.

Soon, a tall, stern-faced Father opened the door for him:

“Hello, sir?”

“Father Barton, hello, I am Jack, Baron of Fantongburg, entrusted by His Third Highness to retrieve something. May the Lord God bless you, and may glory be with you.”

The Father glanced at the group of walking dead behind Jack and couldn't help but sneer:

“Heh… The same blessing to you. I just never thought I'd hear those words from a Demon's mouth in my lifetime.”

“When in Rome, do as the Romans do. But I am quite curious, Erotic Enchantress, isn't that the Demon Lord's possession? Why is it with you?”

The Father opened the door wide, inviting Jack into the church, and said as they walked:

“Hmm… After the Profane Cult was captured, this woman happened to be taken in by us nearby. Ibon said that the Succubus Daughter and her mother were not being cooperative, so he asked me to keep her for now.”

“Ibon, the ‘Dark Fire’ from the Black Forest? So… it's also your doing that the fanatical Cultists of the Profane Cult could commit atrocities in this place?”

Father Barton smiled, noncommittal, and led Jack to the back hall of the church.

Faint light filtered through the stained-glass windows, illuminating the semi-circular hall, where a two-story-tall altar ascended in steps, surrounded by piles of extinguished white candles.

Above the altar was an ornate four-poster canopy bed, on which a woman lay, her hands bound upwards by chains, covered by a thin white sheet.

The Father stepped forward, pried open the woman's eyes, and observed her pupils:

“The Erotic Enchantress is already very complete; she only needs three more clerics as sacrifices for the ritual to be completed, and they… are already on their way.”

Jack, however, walked forward indifferently and lightly pressed the woman's stomach.

“His Third Highness entrusted me to deal with the fellow who snatched his engagement. And Ibon asked me to first extract some information from him.”

“Oh? Is it that fellow named Mil?”

“Ibon said that fellow already sold his soul to the Abyss, yet he still dares to betray the Abyss; he's truly foolish enough. I can't even imagine the price of provoking the Demon God's Child and enraging the Demon God…”

After speaking, Jack himself shivered and sighed:

“Once your Erotic Enchantress here is fully formed, I will take the ‘blasphemous amniotic fluid’ back.”

“Why does His Third Highness want such a disgusting thing?”

“To deal with his younger sister, Diana. After the First Prince dies, the most prestigious will be Holy Sword User Diana. But the Holy Sword will not accept someone with such filth within their body.”

“Hmm… It seems His Third Highness intends to resolve both of them at once?”

Jack shrugged, and the two exchanged a smile. The Father then began to discuss today's plan:

“I have placed an informant among the accompanying church personnel; they will stop for lunch at the manor in the town ahead.

I will have someone put laxatives in the students' food, then find an excuse to have the church personnel come over first to prepare for the Exorcist work.

You are responsible for dealing with the students and Mil who remain in the town.”

Jack frowned slightly, puzzled:

“Oh? Why not just use poison?”

“If it were poison, those White Magicians would stay to treat them. But with laxatives, they'll just assume they ate something bad.”

Jack's eyebrows raised, and he suddenly understood.

Holy City.

At the city gate next to Seraphim Fortress, the convoy heading to Mian Ruo Village was busy loading and unloading.

A Level 3 Exorcist operation already had a certain scale and risk, and the accompanying lineup was relatively more formal.

Sybille's students were like a group of young masters preparing for a spring outing, gathered in small groups, chattering away.

Mil, meanwhile, was hiding in an alley, holding the succubus book.

In fact, the Succubus Daughter, Miley, was not entirely obedient; Mil had forcefully demanded that she reveal her identity, but she had directly refused him.

And before his magic level surpassed hers, he also couldn't control her using her true name.

“My Lord, if Mil truly needs protection, it's best not to let him leave the Holy City, and especially not to send him to Mian Ruo Village.”

“I didn't send him. It's just that he happened to be going, so I gave him the task. Give him the prepared items. Tell your mother to absolutely ensure Mil's personal safety. If he dies, I will retract my promise to you.”

It was the church and the academy that sent Mil; Mil had tried many excuses but couldn't decline.

Moreover, if he didn't find a way to stop the Exorcist, he wouldn't get the magic potion.

Could a dignified High Demon not protect his own personal safety?

Soon, a girl using a disguise spell found Mil and handed him the “planned medicine.”

Just before departure, the Duke's family sent a few more guards, and Mil was pulled into the carriage by Lilith, under the glares of a group of boys.

A four-hour journey, with a stop in a small town midway.

The town's gentry enthusiastically received everyone and took them to his manor for lunch…

In the dining room of the manor villa.

Students and church members chatted about everything under the sun, and at some point, they began discussing the Cultists' human sacrifices:

“…It's not certain. There was once a person captured by Cultists, but his faith was firm, and he received divine protection. Not only was he not sacrificed, but those Cultists suffered a backlash, spitting blood and dying on the spot.”

“I know you've heard it before, but don't say 'before'. This is a prophecy, alright? It's a prophetic dream from ‘White Night Rebirth Dream’.”

“If the prophecy comes true, it will surely be a great miracle!”

“With this level of divine protection, I guess it's either Saint Alice or Holy Sword User Diana!”

At this moment, a boy's eyes suddenly lit up, and he frowned, mockingly saying:

“Hey! Don't say that, what if it's our great hero Mil?”

After speaking, he laughed heartily alone, but the people around him looked at him coldly.

“Even if you look down on Mil, even if he doesn't have much ability, he still saved the Holy City. What you're saying is too much!”

“I don't like Mil either, but how can one be so arrogant and contemptuous? Is your family's upbringing that poor?”

“To be in the same school as us, how embarrassing.”

With a few words, everyone made the boy unable to lift his head.

Mil was not interested in what they were talking about and quietly slipped into the back kitchen alone.

His plan was simple: students and church personnel had separate meals.

Put laxatives in the food of the church personnel and the accompanying Holy Knights, and have the students take the supplies and leave first.

Once they reached Mian Ruo Village, he would be the only one in the team who belonged to the church.

As a Cardinal Deacon, he would first meet the “Erotic Enchantress,” find an opportunity to let her escape, and the Demon Lord would send someone to meet her.

Perfect!

After everyone had a full meal, Mil and an Exorcist simultaneously revealed cunning smiles…

Just as they were about to stand up, they both involuntarily performed a Kegel exercise, their stomachs churning, and their eyes widened.
