Chapter 100: Suitable for you

“Is there a big problem with their three Sects?” Qin Chu asked, looking at Qian Lingwu.

Qian Lingwu nodded, “There’s a big problem, but I don’t know when it will erupt. The Qian Dynasty has planted people within the three Sects, but it still can’t change this situation.”

Qin Chu didn’t say anything more. The overall situation was for the entire region, not his. What he needed to do now was to work hard to improve himself.

After a period of silence, Qin Chu resumed his Cultivation. He Cultivated until evening, when Er Pang brought dinner.

After dinner, Qin Chu entered his room and began to meditate, aiming to Breakthrough to the ninth level of the True Essence Realm.

Qin Chu’s Cultivation had been at the Peak of the eighth level of the True Essence Realm for some time and was very stable, so Breaking Through to the ninth level of the True Essence Realm was a natural progression. By midnight, he completed the Breakthrough. Qin Chu became a Cultivator at the ninth level of the True Essence Realm, only a step away from the Spirit Essence Realm.

At dawn, after washing up, Qian Lingwu congratulated Qin Chu.

“Thank you!” Qin Chu felt that his past self had somewhat misunderstood Qian Lingwu, or rather, many people had misunderstood her. In fact, Qian Lingwu wasn’t an unfeeling person; after spending time with her, he found her quite agreeable.

During breakfast, Qian Lingwu told Qin Chu that she was leaving.

“Leaving?” Qin Chu was surprised. They had gotten along quite well these past few days, and he hadn’t expected Qian Lingwu to suddenly leave.

“Am I supposed to stay here forever? I still have things to do,” Qian Lingwu smiled, looking at the surprised Qin Chu.

“That’s true, everyone has their own things to do.” Qin Chu put down his chopsticks.

“You know where I live. When you have time, you can come to the Great Qian Imperial Capital and visit me. Also, don’t get involved in certain matters. Focus on yourself and improve yourself well,” Qian Lingwu reminded Qin Chu.

“But you still haven’t understood and mastered the Spirit Realm,” Qin Chu said, looking at Qian Lingwu.

Qian Lingwu shook her head, “The Spirit Realm cannot be forced; many people know this, and I naturally do too. For so many years, only Master Mo Dao has mastered the Spirit Realm in our region. After learning that you, at such a young age, had mastered the Spirit Realm, I wanted to see and understand it, but I didn’t hold much hope for my own comprehension. I stayed here these past few days because I felt my spear techniques could be perfected.”

“Alright! Thank you for the Thousand Waves Sword you gave me,” Qin Chu said.

“The right time, meeting the right you, so it should be yours. I’m leaving!” Qian Lingwu stood up.

Qin Chu stood up, “I’ll see you off!”

Qian Lingwu didn’t refuse. Accompanied by Qin Chu, she left Qingzhu Peak and arrived at the Qingyun Sect’s mountain gate.

“No need to see me off anymore, this is far enough!” Upon reaching the Qingyun Sect’s mountain gate, Qian Lingwu turned to look at Qin Chu.

“Okay, don’t go to Tianxiang Valley again. I don’t want to see any conflict between you and Zihuan. If you have any thoughts, I can communicate with Zihuan,” Qin Chu said, looking at Qian Lingwu.

Qian Lingwu was silent for a moment, “Are you worried about her getting hurt?”

“I don’t want you to get hurt either,” Qin Chu said.

“Tianxiang Valley will become a flashpoint for conflict next, but I will try my best to avoid conflict with her. She was likely drawn in unintentionally and is unrelated to the inherent interests and conflicts of this region.” After looking at Qin Chu, Qian Lingwu’s body ascended into the air, then she flashed and disappeared into the sky.

After looking in the direction Qian Lingwu left, Qin Chu turned and returned to the Qingyun Sect’s mountain gate. Suddenly, he felt that one couldn’t judge people and matters by appearances. Many things are beyond others’ comprehension, just like the relationship between the Qian Dynasty and the four great Sects. The Qian Dynasty could tolerate the Qingyun Sect, which was the most intensely involved in this conflict; Qian Lingwu was also not as unfeeling as everyone thought. She had a gentle side, she just wasn’t very willing to show it.

Returning to the Servant Courtyard, Qin Chu cleaned the bathtub, added water, and then put in medicinal herbs. Because Qian Lingwu was there, it was somewhat inconvenient, so he hadn’t taken medicinal baths these past few days. Now he could continue.

When Qian Lingwu left, the high-ranking officials of the Qingyun Sect knew about it. Master Mo Dao and a few others sat together again.

“Sending that woman to the Sect, has young Qin Chu fallen for her?” Lingyunzi stated his opinion.

“Qin Chu is rational; he will judge things for himself. From another perspective, isn’t it also abnormal that Qian Lingwu stayed on Qingyun Peak with Qin Chu all these days? Both are very abnormal. Her willingness to let Qin Chu see her off to the mountain gate also indicates her approval of Qin Chu. I’ll go talk to Qin Chu!” Master Mo Dao said. Lingyunzi and the others were afraid Qin Chu would suffer, but he didn’t think so.

When Master Mo Dao arrived at the Servant Courtyard, at the Broken Cliff, Qin Chu was meditating and Cultivating the Nameless Cultivation Technique in the medicinal bath tub.

Sitting on a wooden stool to the side, Master Mo Dao observed Qin Chu, whose head was the only part visible outside the large tub, his eyes filled with surprise. He didn’t know what Qin Chu was doing, but he could tell that Qin Chu was in a state of Cultivation.

Qin Chu only stopped Cultivating when the medicinal bath cooled.

Qin Chu got out of the medicinal bath tub, rinsed off the medicinal scent, put on his robe, and tied up the hemp rope on his head.

“She’s gone!” Master Mo Dao asked, looking at Qin Chu.

“She’s gone. She still has many things to do, so she couldn’t stay indefinitely.” Qin Chu sat on the wooden stool opposite Master Mo Dao.

“I’m a bit confused; I don’t know how to judge certain matters. Can you tell me about them?” Master Mo Dao said, looking at Qin Chu. He was indeed quite unclear about the current situation.

“Then this Disciple will speak. Qian Lingwu said she wouldn’t attack the Qingyun Sect, and that should be correct. If she were to attack the Qingyun Sect, then this Disciple would be willing to stand at the forefront. Furthermore, this region is indeed about to descend into chaos. The Qian Dynasty will attack the other three great Sects; this is unavoidable. This matter has nothing to do with the Qingyun Sect, so the Qingyun Sect should not get involved,” Qin Chu stated his thoughts. He felt that if Qian Lingwu didn’t trouble the Qingyun Sect, there was no need for the Qingyun Sect to get entangled.

“Qin Chu, don’t you understand some things? We are at odds with the Blood Blade Gate, Wolf King Hall, and Morning Star Pavilion, but we are Cultivation Sects. If they are defeated by the Qian Dynasty, then our Qingyun Sect alone will be unable to stand,” Master Mo Dao said, looking at Qin Chu.

“But they will shake the stability of this region. Qian Lingwu said that our Qingyun Sect is clean, that we are ourselves, but those three Sects are entangled with external forces. They want to dominate this region, which the Qian Dynasty cannot tolerate, so a life-and-death battle is inevitable. Facing outsiders, I inwardly hope the Qian Dynasty wins,” Qin Chu said, looking at Master Mo Dao, explaining what he understood.

“This is what Qian Lingwu told you? How could she tell you such things?” Master Mo Dao was somewhat unsettled, because this matter was too significant. Furthermore, to what extent had Qian Lingwu and Qin Chu’s relationship progressed? Qian Lingwu was actually willing to tell Qin Chu such a secret.
