Unlike Divine Power, which is an innate energy possessed by legendary Pokémon themselves and cannot be given to other Pokémon, the power of the Ancient Gods is different; it is a magical power related to time.
Legend has it that this power originated from the oldest Pokémon, Arceus, while others say it stems from the accumulation of time, and only Pokémon that have experienced the passage of time possess this magical power.
It is said that Ho-Oh used this magical power when it resurrected the Legendary Beasts, which is why the three beasts were able to directly advance to Legendary Pokémon after their revival. Of course, this is merely a legend, and the facts cannot be verified.
However, it is undeniable that, even today, some ordinary Pokémon have developed this ancient power due to their prolonged existence.
