Chapter 122: Since ancient times, the left side of the wave has lost

A gigantic Gardevoir materialized out of thin air, erecting a verdant shield to fend off the impact of the Giant Dragonite's Dragon Breath.

As the Dragon Breath swept through, the only ground left to stand on was the area protected by her shield.

The surrounding land was directly plowed by the Dragon Breath, and the upper half of Bill's Lighthouse vanished without a trace, not even leaving behind rubble.

The Giant Dragonite rubbed its eyes, as if doubting its Dragon life, looking at the two Pokémon, one large and one small, below with a hint of disbelief.

How did they split after he unleashed a Dragon Breath? Aside from their size difference, these two looked like they were carved from the same mold.

Their aura was also identical, except for the one that was about the size of his hand, which radiated a full sense of danger.

"So you were molded after me!"

Yu Feng, seeing his own reflection through the Shiny Gardevoir's eyes, complained. So, it turned out she was molded after his appearance. No wonder he always felt something was off about himself.

"gardevoir! (What are you saying? Can't it be that you were molded after me?!)"

After effortlessly shattering the Giant Dragonite's Flamethrower, Shiny Gardevoir glared at her other self, displeased.

"When does the original mold itself after a clone?"

Yu Feng rolled his eyes at Shiny Gardevoir. Clones are always molded after the original; when does the original mold itself after a clone?

"gardevoir! (Do you want to check your chest before you say that to me? And is it fun to complain about yourself? Aren't I still you?)"

Shiny Gardevoir was speechless at Yu Feng's words. You can fool others with that, but is it really okay to try and fool yourself? Don't think she doesn't know what Yu Feng is thinking; she knows it all too well.

Not to mention, to put it bluntly, this form is based on his inner thoughts returning to their original appearance. What he's thinking in this current form is obvious, isn't it?

"Bullshit, this is good genetics from home!"

Hearing Shiny Gardevoir's words, Yu Feng immediately puffed out his chest, declaring it was good family genetics. Didn't she see that his mother's size was not something an ordinary Gardevoir could compare to?

"gardevoir! (No matter how much you say, it doesn't change the fact that you're a male, a MALE!!)"

Shiny Gardevoir used Teleport to dodge the Dragon Tail swung by the Giant Dragonite, looking at the still-pumping Yu Feng with a hint of exasperation. You're a man; having those two fleshy bits doesn't change the fact that you're a man.

"Mind your own business!!"

Could Yu Feng say that he was traumatized by a male Shiny Ralts in his previous life, which is why he's like this? Of course, even if he didn't say it, Shiny Gardevoir knew, but she couldn't scold him. After all, they were one person, and scolding Yu Feng was like scolding herself.

"Woooo~!!!"

Seeing Yu Feng and Shiny Gardevoir bickering while dodging his moves, the Giant Dragonite's temper flared. Are they looking down on Dragonite that much? They even have time to bicker. Thinking this, a golden orb of light swirled around the Giant Dragonite's mouth, emitting a violent aura.

"They're going to clash beams. Do you have confidence?"

Yu Feng looked at the glaring Hyper Beam forming at the Giant Dragonite's mouth with a shiver. The diameter of this Hyper Beam was almost as big as Shiny Gardevoir. This was before it was even fired; what would happen when it was released?

"Gardevoir? (Do you still have time to talk nonsense there?)"

Looking at the Hyper Beam that was almost bigger than herself, a drop of cold sweat ran down Shiny Gardevoir's forehead, and a golden orb of light, emitting a destructive aura, also appeared at her mouth.

Seeing Shiny Gardevoir's actions, Yu Feng also stopped his nonsense and likewise gathered a Hyper Beam, though his was a pink orb of light.

The atmosphere on the field gradually quieted down. At this moment, only the humming sound of the three Hyper Beams charging could be heard.

As time passed, the humming sound gradually changed to a sizzling sound, as if something was being interfered with, emitting a sound of unbearable strain.

In an instant, three Hyper Beams shot towards each other. The Giant Dragonite's Hyper Beam was nothing special—thick! And large! After all, with its body size, standing on the sea, it was almost as tall as the lighthouse on the cliff. It would be unreasonable if it wasn't large.

Meanwhile, the Hyper Beams from Yu Feng and his counterpart underwent a subtle change. The pink Hyper Beam was like a coiling dragon, circling around the golden Hyper Beam, possessing an indescribable beauty.

The three Hyper Beams crashed together with a roar, kicking up a cloud of dust. Strangely, aside from the initial explosion upon impact, the three Hyper Beams maintained an eerie balance.

"gardevoir! (Which side are we standing on?)"

Despite being in a standoff, Shiny Gardevoir still took the time to ask Yu Feng which direction they were in.

"From Ash and his friends' perspective, we're on the right side."

Yu Feng thought about the direction of the ripples when Lao Mei teleported Ash and his friends, and then confidently told Shiny Gardevoir that from Ash and his friends' observation perspective, they were on the right side.

"gardevoir! (Excellent! In beam clashes, the left side always loses! We're sure to win.)"

Shiny Gardevoir's mood brightened upon receiving Yu Feng's confirmation. No matter the anime, if it's a beam clash, the one on the right side always wins, especially since Ash and his friends are observing. As long as they firmly stand to the right of Ash and his friends' line of sight, victory is assured.

Oh, right, that's a bit too perfect. Except when facing Dyna.

After confirming that they were on the right side, Gardevoir's mood improved greatly, and her Hyper Beam even grew a few inches thicker.

The stalemate point, which had been in the middle of the three, began to move slowly but steadily towards the Giant Dragonite's direction.

The Giant Dragonite was now filled with regret. Why did it have to engage in a beam clash with them? They had two, and he only had one. One of them was already evenly matched, and though the other posed less of a threat, it would still hurt a lot if it hit him. But now it was too late to say anything. If he didn't continue, it would just explode in a bit. If he stopped, he'd be unlucky to take a full Hyper Beam, not to mention that pink energy hurt his Dragon life terribly. It was too late to retreat now.

He couldn't win the beam clash, so he could only endure it.

Yu Feng's Hyper Beam advanced irresistibly towards the Giant Dragonite, then directly exploded on him, leaving a plume of black smoke.

At the same time, the Giant Dragonite was pushed back several steps by the immense impact, stirring up the nearby sea into a turbulent state.

"Woooo~~"

After taking that hit, the Giant Dragonite very simply raised both hands to signal a truce. Getting beaten for nothing was not a good thing, and he wasn't stupid.

Hearing the Giant Dragonite's words, Yu Feng retracted the Grass-type energy from his hand.

The vines that had quietly appeared and ensnared the Giant Dragonite's feet silently vanished, as if they had never been there, not causing a ripple.

The Giant Dragonite very simply sat down with a thud, its head perfectly positioned at the edge of the cliff. Its eyes, larger than Yu Feng himself, stared intently at them.

"Let Lao Mei bring Ash and his friends over."
