Chapter 30: Entertainment

“My blood? Are you sure there’s no problem?”

Mr. Su Rui was stunned, evidently not expecting Kagarino Kirieda to make such a request. Mr. Su Rui didn't want to lose this “kindred” for now.

So, to be safe, he decided to remind her: “Every drop of my blood flows with spiritual power, which is probably very dangerous for you.”

Spiritual power, full of sunlight and the power of flames, must be like a natural enemy to a Vampire, right?

However, as soon as Mr. Su Rui finished speaking, Kagarino Kirieda’s eyes became even brighter, her crimson eyes even overflowing with mist. From the high, steep castle, she began to walk towards Mr. Su Rui little by little, wanting to get his blood.

“Just a little blood, there’s no problem, I’ll be fine.”

Kagarino Kirieda said, already having arrived in front of Mr. Su Rui, reaching out to grasp his hand, but was stopped by Mr. Su Rui.

“Stand still here.”

With a casual push, he sent the Blood Demon to a slightly safer spot higher up on the castle. Mr. Su Rui used his gaze to calm Kagarino Kirieda, who had been somewhat agitated and wanted to drink blood.

“Only one drop. You’d better be sure you won’t have any problems.”

Saying that, Mr. Su Rui gently created a very small wound on his index finger, and a drop of blood gradually flowed out from his finger.

Under Kagarino Kirieda’s expectant gaze, Mr. Su Rui extended his finger, and in front of the young woman, urged: “Alright, hurry up, I have something else to do later.”

“Mm.”

Kagarino Kirieda swallowed, then reached out to cup Mr. Su Rui’s wrist, and took his finger into her mouth, sucking the fresh blood from it.

There was only one drop, but this single drop of fresh blood had a very obvious effect, like ink dripping into clear water.

Upon tasting Mr. Su Rui’s fresh blood, Kagarino Kirieda’s crimson eyes instantly widened, her body trembled slightly, and she tightly gripped Mr. Su Rui’s wrist with both hands, continuously sucking on Mr. Su Rui’s finger, trying to drink more of Mr. Su Rui’s fresh blood.

But Mr. Su Rui pulled his hand away in time, not for his own safety, but because he didn't want this kindred of his to die like this.

“I want more, give me another sip, just one sip!”

Kagarino Kirieda, having been pulled free by Mr. Su Rui, clawed wildly, attempting to grab Mr. Su Rui’s wrist again, like a helpless small animal, before Mr. Su Rui pressed her head down with one hand.

“Calm down, look at yourself right now!”

Mr. Su Rui said, taking out his phone and showing Kagarino Kirieda her current appearance.

“Huh?!” It wasn't until she saw her smoking body reflected on the phone screen that Kagarino Kirieda snapped out of her earlier state of confusion and craving, staring blankly at her current self.

“Are you done looking? You’re not suited to drink too much of my fresh blood. It seems my blood makes you very happy, doesn’t it? For your life’s sake, it’s best to restrain those impulses.”

Mr. Su Rui put away his phone, looking at Kagarino Kirieda with annoyance, then waved his hand in front of Kagarino Kirieda, who was still staring at him in a daze.

Still no reaction. Mr. Su Rui felt a bit strange, and reached out to pat her shoulder: “What’s wrong?”

But Kagarino Kirieda still didn’t react; she only trembled slightly after being patted, then turned her head to look at Mr. Su Rui like a foolish child lacking intelligence, staring intently at him but saying nothing.

“Never mind, just remember to get some good rest.”

Mr. Su Rui said nothing more, only giving Kagarino Kirieda, who was in a somewhat strange state, a curious glance, then turned and left the high part of the castle. His golden wings unfurled, carrying Mr. Su Rui back to his own bedroom.

And after Mr. Su Rui left, Kagarino Kirieda, standing high on the castle, suddenly had her cheeks turn crimson. The young woman covered her face with both hands and squatted down, not caring even if her skirt trailed on the ground.

After a long while, Kagarino Kirieda, finally recovered from her shyness and blood-drinking impulse, raised her hands and slowly stood up, then also left the high part of the castle.

As a Vampire, she naturally had a way to leave this place, which was somewhat dangerous for ordinary people.

After the young woman left, the moonlight shone on the spot where Kagarino Kirieda had been. Had it rained there? There were scattered damp marks.

Meanwhile, after Mr. Su Rui returned to his room, his phone received new messages. Opening it, he also discovered information he hadn't noticed before.

There were messages from Yukinoshita Haruno: “Mr. Su Rui, do you happen to be free recently? I have something I’d like to ask for your help with~”

Along with the message, there was also a selfie from Yukinoshita Haruno. The top-down angle perfectly showcased the young woman’s curvaceous figure.

Mr. Su Rui casually saved the photo and replied with a: “Okay.”

He then continued to look at new messages, followed by Yotsuya Miko’s daily greetings, and photos.

After a simple response, he then looked at the message Hayasaka Ai had just sent: “Mr. Su Rui, I’m sleeping alone in my room today, and I’m a little scared…”

So what exactly was she scared of? Mr. Su Rui couldn't help but smile, then turned off his phone screen.

After locking his room door, Mr. Su Rui left his room through the window, then flapped his golden wings and flew to Hayasaka Ai’s window.

The young woman’s window was locked from the inside. Looking in through the window, Mr. Su Rui could see Hayasaka Ai holding her phone, her back to the window, and happily swinging her little legs back and forth.

Mr. Su Rui could see the young woman's figure outlined by her fitted pajamas in the moonlight, and couldn't help but take a few extra glances from outside the window.

Then, silently opening Hayasaka Ai’s window from the inside with spiritual power, Mr. Su Rui flew silently into the room, then locked the window again, hovering above Hayasaka Ai, and suddenly reached out to take the phone from her hand: “What are you looking at? Let me see?”

“Ah!”

The young woman, suddenly attacked by Mr. Su Rui, was startled. She turned her head and realized it was Mr. Su Rui, and glared at him reproachfully, her tone a bit resentful: “Mr. Su Rui, don’t scare me like that…”

“Mm-hmm, I know, it was my fault this time.”

Mr. Su Rui said casually, dispelled his wings, then landed heavily next to Hayasaka Ai, making the young woman next to him bounce on the bed.

“Are you interested in my chat with my classmates, Mr. Su Rui?”

Hayasaka Ai didn't mind these small matters; instead, she pushed Mr. Su Rui to turn his back to her, then lay on Mr. Su Rui's back, gently blowing into his ear.

“Just casually looking. Don’t you have any other forms of entertainment?”

“Of course, Mr. Su Rui is my entertainment.”
