In contrast, the students from the Hyuga Clan, Akimichi Clan, Inuzuka Clan, Aburame Clan, and Uchiha Clan had slightly more Chakra.
Overall, Uchiha Rai ranked sixth in the class for Chakra, and Hyuga Hodaka ranked seventh.
While this was within his expectations, the person who ranked fifth in Chakra surprised him greatly.
He thought to himself.
"This is indeed very surprising. The fifth highest Chakra level is Shimura Shin. I estimate that Danzo must have provided a suitable training system for the children of his clan."
As for the top few, there were no surprises. He thought.
"Sigh, these Senju Clan members really have high Chakra reserves. Even the two with less talent have nearly 50% more Chakra reserves than Uchiha Rai. And Senju Teru's Chakra reserves are more than double Uchiha Rai's. It's even more than mine!"
Anyway, everyone's Chakra levels were within expectations. Only Shimura Shin was an exception.
This meant they hadn't started any training to increase their Chakra reserves yet.
However, this was reasonable, as they were only 7 years old.
Regardless, if they didn't start training to improve their Chakra levels immediately, Feng Zheng should quickly be able to increase his Chakra reserves and surpass Senju Teru.
Then he tried to measure Genshu's Chakra level. After measuring, he thought.
"So that's it. He and Yamanaka Shin have very similar Chakra reserves. I think there isn't much difference between an Elite Chunin and a Special Jonin. It's just that a Special Jonin has reached Jonin level in a particular skill, while their other skills are still at the Elite Chunin level. For Yamanaka Shin, his advantage lies in his Sensor Ninja abilities."
Feng Zheng had to admit that being a Sensor Ninja was indeed very convenient.
Unless the one being sensed was also a Sensor Ninja, almost no one would realize they were being sensed.
And he believed that all Kage-level Ninja would master this to some extent.
Oh, well, he didn't plan to pursue any Kage-level Ninja.
Anyway, he had learned enough for this class.
Feng Zheng wanted to check on students in other classes, especially those who would become Genin this year.
Although his 25-meter radius Chakra Field seemed insignificant in an open field.
In a small building, its coverage was very large.
With these thoughts, he began to focus on the Chakra outside the classroom.
He first observed the classroom Daisuke ran into and found that the students' Chakra levels inside were very low!
Then he focused his attention on the classroom where the highest grade he knew of was having class.
He measured their Chakra.
Feng Zheng observed that some people's Chakra levels were pitifully low.
He guessed that most of them would not become Genin.
But on average, their Chakra levels were 20% higher than Senju Teru's, and some even had much higher Chakra levels.
Feng Zheng guessed that those children should also be from the Senju Clan.
Feng Zheng concluded.
"I see. I estimate that by the end of this school year, my Chakra reserves should be high enough to be considered Genin level. And I also know all 3 Basic Ninjutsu. So, in terms of Chakra and Ninjutsu, I should be able to reach Genin level in a year."
Even with Taijutsu, Feng Zheng should reach that stage in less than two years.
But this was not enough to truly pass the graduation exam. The graduation exam was not just Taijutsu and Ninjutsu.
The school would teach training such as covert operations, setting up camps, incapacitating targets, self-rescue after being captured, using first-aid kits, and even hunting, cleaning, and cooking wild animals.
Without this knowledge and training, becoming a Ninja would likely be tantamount to suicide.
Not to mention, the idea of actually graduating so early was foolish.
Itachi was different. He was the son of the Uchiha Clan leader.
Feng Zheng, on the other hand, was just an orphan. It would attract a lot of unnecessary attention.
Besides, from a Ninjutsu perspective alone, Feng Zheng still had a lot to learn.
He still needed to learn Basic Ninjutsu like the Body Flicker Technique, let alone Wind Release and Earth Release Ninjutsu.
In addition, Feng Zheng had almost no knowledge of Genjutsu, and there was a lot to learn about Kenjutsu.
Therefore, graduating before he had gotten everything he could from the school was meaningless.
He would only consider early graduation if he could no longer make greater progress at school.
After considering these things, Feng Zheng finally focused his attention on expanding the radius of his Chakra Field.
The rest of the class proceeded in a similarly boring manner.
However, at the end of the class, Genshu said something that excited some of his classmates. He said.
"This year, we will begin learning Ninjutsu."
Feng Zheng was not surprised by this news.
Last year, he had already gathered a lot of information about the Ninja Academy.
For ordinary students, Ninjutsu training began in the third year.
However, for elite classes, Ninjutsu training began in the second year.
Feng Zheng had already learned three Basic Ninjutsu, so he wasn't very interested in this news.
But he did have a concern.
He had to hide the fact that he could already use these Ninjutsu.
He needed to learn how to fail at performing these Ninjutsu.
And he had to do it in a way that wouldn't give him any bad habits.
Feng Zheng thought he could just do the Hand Seals without gathering Chakra, or gather Chakra during a few Hand Seals but not in one of them.
He had to try this method first.
When about 7-8 people were able to perform Ninjutsu, he would then act as if he had just successfully learned it.
In the first week, Genshu simply reviewed what was learned in the previous year and tested all the students.
But seeing the progress of some students, Feng Zheng was somewhat speechless.
But Genshu was also surprised, which was a pleasant surprise for him.
In the Leaf Concentration exercise, Hyuga Hana, Senju Teru, and Shimura Shin were all able to hold the leaf for over half an hour!
Uchiha Rai and Hyuga Hodaka exceeded 25 minutes.
To avoid arousing any suspicion, Feng Zheng let go of the leaf after 36 minutes.
His thoughts were.
"Damn it! If they maintain this competitive nature, by the end of this year they will likely reach over 1 hour! Although I'm expected to continue leading, I should show that I've slackened off and haven't made much progress. Although Genshu might be a bit suspicious, if he asks me, I'll just say I've been a bit lax."
Genshu was also impressed. He thought to himself.
"Four children can hold the leaf for over half an hour, and the other two should be able to do so in the coming months. This batch of students is quite good. I estimate that kid Feng Zheng stimulated them. Before graduation, they should be able to learn Tree Climbing and even Water Walking. Oh, ha, this is great, I can get a huge bonus from the Hokage."
