Han Luoyu quickly walked to Mjolnir and asked Coulson, "Officer Coulson, can I try?"
Coulson nodded. He knew how powerful Han Luoyu was. If Han Luoyu could pick up the hammer, they could finish up and leave. If she couldn't, it wouldn't make any difference.
Barton, on the other hand, smiled as he looked at Han Luoyu, thinking, "I couldn't pick it up, so there's no way your small arms and legs can."
Han Luoyu walked around Mjolnir once, bent down, gripped the hammer's handle, took a deep breath, and lifted with all her might.
However, nothing happened. Mjolnir remained motionless, fully embodying its pride.
Although she already knew the outcome, Han Luoyu was still a bit disheartened. She bit her lower lip, gripped the hammer's handle with both hands, and used every ounce of her strength.
"Ah!"
She let out a delicate cry, but the hammer didn't move. Instead, her legs sank into the ground, which was incredibly embarrassing.
Coulson raised an eyebrow and said, "It seems ordinary methods can't lift this hammer. Let's save our strength."
Barton couldn't help but laugh.
Han Luoyu gave him a glare, angrily pulled her legs out of the ground, and ran to the side.
Seeing Han Luoyu's graceful appearance and demeanor, Barton immediately assumed she was a civilian Agent.
"Agent Han Luoyu, did you just join S.H.I.E.L.D.?" He walked over to Han Luoyu and said, "I haven't seen you before."
"I just started yesterday." Han Luoyu glanced at Barton, her gaze lingering on his bow and arrow, and asked him, "Can I try your bow and arrow?"
Barton smiled and shook his head, refusing, "My bow and arrow aren't for playing around. When we go back, I can teach you archery."
"Alright." Han Luoyu pouted and stopped talking.
Suddenly, her ears twitched, and she looked towards a distant corner. A handsome guy who liked to play with magic was hiding there. Who else could it be but Loki?
However, Han Luoyu didn't want to deal with him for now, so she just glanced at him and paid him no further attention.
Loki, in the corner, suddenly felt a chill down his spine. He scanned his surroundings but found no threats, so he frowned and quietly left.
The current task was to wait for Thor to defeat a group of ordinary Agents and come here to retrieve the hammer. However, that would happen at night.
So, Han Luoyu brushed the dirt off her pant legs and asked Barton, "Are there any good restaurants nearby? I need to take care of a major life event."
Barton thought for a moment and said, "I only know of a pizza place nearby. The taste is pretty good."
"Pizza? That works too." Han Luoyu patted her bottom, swept the hair from her chest behind her head, and said to Barton, "Lead the way, let's go eat pizza."
"But we're on a mission." Barton felt that the mission should come first.
Han Luoyu shrugged indifferently, turned around, and walked away, saying, "Then I'll go find one myself."
She decided to try out her flying ability, so she closed her eyes, spread her arms, and carefully felt the warmth of the Sun. Gradually, a lot of floating dust appeared around Han Luoyu's feet.
Barton saw Han Luoyu strike a pose in the sunlight and stop moving, utterly confused. He thought, "Aren't you going to eat? Why are you suddenly sunbathing?"
The sunlight fell on Han Luoyu's face like a mother's hands, warm and gentle. She revealed a slight smile, slowly floated into the air, then suddenly opened her eyes, shot up from the ground, and soared into the sky.
"Woohoo!" Han Luoyu excitedly shouted, accelerating again, creating bursts of sonic booms.
"What the hell?" A dumbfounded Barton stared at the gradually shrinking Han Luoyu in the sky, looking like he was questioning life itself. He asked Coulson, "She can fly?"
Coulson blinked, feeling his heart pounded. He said with a stiff expression, "I just found out too."
"Does she have any other abilities I don't know about?" Barton felt that things weren't that simple and continued to ask, "It's best to give me a heads-up."
Coulson tilted his head and said with a hint of teasing, "Does smashing a punch force tester with one punch and running fifteen hundred meters in two seconds count?"
"Shit!" Barton was somewhat envious and resentful. He muttered, "Is she really human?"
"To be precise, she's a Kryptonian." Coulson said truthfully, "However, it's best to keep this a secret. If Director hadn't agreed, I wouldn't have told you."
When Barton heard Coulson say that Han Luoyu was not an Earthling but an alien, his mood immediately brightened considerably, although he was still a bit envious.
Flying is a dream for all humanity. Although there are planes now, who doesn't want to fly freely like a bird?
Coulson thought for a moment and called Fury, saying, "Officer, I think another one of Han Luoyu's Kryptonian abilities has been activated."
"What?" Fury frowned. "What new ability has she activated?"
"Flight," Coulson said.
Fury suddenly thought of his old friend, Captain Marvel, and fell silent.
"And her speed doesn't seem slow; I heard a sonic boom," Coulson added.
"I understand."
After hanging up the phone, Fury leaned back in his office chair, his fingers tapping continuously on the desk, lost in thought.
Han Luoyu moved through the clouds, a childlike smile on her face. Her years of acrophobia were instantly cured at that moment.
She used Super Vision to search for a pizza place. She didn't find a pizza place, but she discovered a Chinese restaurant on a nearby street, which immediately delighted her. She swooped down, landed in an secluded spot, tidied her clothes, and entered the Chinese restaurant.
"Welcome!"
The waitress was a White beauty with beautiful golden long hair, and her chest jiggled so much that it made Han Luoyu a little dizzy.
"Here's the menu. What would you like to eat?"
Han Luoyu sat down, scanning the familiar yet unfamiliar dishes on the menu. Considering her appetite, she decisively handed the menu to the beautiful waitress and said with a smile, "I'll have one of everything."
The beautiful waitress was stunned and asked incredulously, "Are you sure you want to order everything?"
"I'm sure." Han Luoyu nodded, then suddenly remembered something and said to the beautiful waitress, "Please make it as fast as possible. Oh, and ten steamed buns, thank you!"
"Alright."
The beautiful waitress took the menu and walked to the counter, placing Han Luoyu's order with a somewhat strange look in her eyes. If Han Luoyu hadn't looked like a sunny beauty, she would have almost thought Han Luoyu was there to challenge the restaurant.
Within a few minutes, the beautiful waitress brought out a steaming plate of braised eggplant.
Han Luoyu was ravenous. She grabbed her chopsticks and, with a bite of steamed bun and a bite of dish, instantly cleared the braised eggplant, terrifying the beautiful waitress nearby.
"Ah, hehe." Han Luoyu wiped her mouth and said somewhat sheepishly, "I don't have many other hobbies; I just love to eat."
Thirty minutes later, a full and satisfied Han Luoyu stood up under the beautiful waitress's gaze, which resembled looking at a monster. Then she patted her pocket and broke out in a cold sweat.
Apparently, she didn't have any money! All the meals she had eaten were paid for by Natasha.
"Um, do you have the number for the Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division?" Han Luoyu gave an awkward smile, scratching the back of her head, "I seem to have forgotten my wallet."
Upon hearing this, the beautiful waitress's expression changed slightly. She scurried into the kitchen and whispered into the boss's ear, "Boss, she said she didn't bring her wallet and asked if we had the number for that agency."
The boss's face instantly changed. He walked out from the back kitchen, holding a cleaver, and said in broken English, "Are you an employee of that agency?"
Han Luoyu glanced at the cleaver in the boss's hand, her expression a little unnatural. A thought suddenly struck her, and she said in pure Chinese, "Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division, I'm from China, fellow countryman!"
Who knew that the boss also had a quick temper? Upon hearing Han Luoyu's Chinese, his expression not only didn't soften but instead grew agitated. He pointed the cleaver at Han Luoyu and cursed loudly:
"You with your yellow hair, you tell me you're Chinese? Your face shape, you tell me you're Chinese? You little girl, you look pretty good, but why are you doing such things? Eating and not paying, right! Lying, right! Today, I'm going to turn you in!"
Han Luoyu was speechless. In this life, she really didn't seem to be Chinese, or even an Earthling.
Soon, Han Luoyu heard the sound of police sirens, which immediately made her feel as uncomfortable as if she had eaten a fly. She thought to herself, "Ah! I need to earn money!"
Two hours later, Coulson drove his car, dusty from travel, to the police station and picked Han Luoyu up from the station.
"Um..."
Han Luoyu wanted to explain something, but Coulson spoke first, "Don't say anything. This was our mistake."
Coulson had no intention of blaming Han Luoyu. Instead, he said to her, "You didn't lash out and hurt anyone, which shows you are a kind person."
"Coulson..." Han Luoyu was a bit surprised. Coulson truly lived up to his reputation as a kind person; he had a knack for calming people's hearts.
"However, Miss Han Luoyu," Coulson continued, "I think after this mission, you'll need to undergo systematic training, including knowledge of Earth's culture, various Agent courses, and the application of your abilities. What do you think?"
"No problem!" Han Luoyu readily agreed.
Not only would she get paid, but she could also learn various kinds of knowledge and train her superpowers. Why wouldn't she?
Coulson smiled and said, "According to satellite monitoring, there might be rain tonight. If we don't want to trudge through mud, we'd better hurry."
He opened the car door and said to Han Luoyu, "Get in."
As night fell, Han Luoyu sat in the shelter built by the Agents, gazing at the rain in the night sky. Her Super Vision slowed down the speed at which raindrops hit the ground and shattered, revealing a different kind of beauty.
Suddenly, Han Luoyu smiled. Her Super Hearing told her that our big, clumsy Thor had arrived.
She quietly flew into the air, watching Thor deal with the Agents and arrive next to Mjolnir. She saw his goofy smile, and then his instant change of expression and upward howl when he grabbed Mjolnir but found he couldn't lift it. She couldn't have been happier.
"Hey, you up in the sky, isn't the rain cold?"
Han Luoyu, who was secretly enjoying herself, heard Barton's voice and flew next to him, saying, "Hey, good evening."
Barton saw Thor being taken away by the Agents, put away his bow and arrow, and said with a sour tone, "That ability is really convenient."
Han Luoyu smiled brightly, patted Barton's shoulder, and said, "Don't envy me, I'm just a legend."
With that, she turned and left.
After Han Luoyu left, Barton said with a strange expression, "Calling herself 'brother'... how odd. She's clearly a lady."
The next morning, the three of them—Coulson, Han Luoyu, and Barton—gathered to discuss how to handle Mjolnir and Thor.
Coulson stared at Thor and said to Han Luoyu and Barton, "He says he's Thor, from Asgard."
"Thor?" Barton glanced at Han Luoyu, raising an eyebrow. "The Thor from Norse mythology?"
"I'm afraid so," Coulson nodded, then continued, "However, after testing, he's just a relatively strong ordinary person."
Barton glanced at Thor and said, "Maybe he has a mental problem?"
"Miss Han Luoyu, what do you think?" Coulson suddenly turned and asked Han Luoyu, "Do you think he's telling the truth or lying?"
"Huh?" Han Luoyu didn't expect Coulson to ask her this question and was momentarily unsure how to answer. She stammered, "Maybe, he really is Thor?"
Barton rolled his eyes, but Coulson looked at Han Luoyu with some surprise and said, "It's not impossible... However, he hasn't done anything yet, so we can't detain him without cause."
Coulson glanced at Han Luoyu, suddenly had a good idea, and said to Han Luoyu with a smile, "We'll release him in a bit. You can follow him and be responsible for monitoring him."
Han Luoyu was dumbfounded, thinking, "Why is this suddenly about me?"
Coulson didn't give Han Luoyu a chance to refuse and directly issued the order: "It's settled then."
"Alright." Han Luoyu looked at Thor with some disdain and said, "I hope he doesn't do anything out of line, or I'll beat him to death!"
