Half an hour later, Coulson released Thor.
"You can go now," Coulson said, opening the interrogation room door and giving Thor a professional smile.
"However, for the next period, our people will accompany you to ensure you don't cause harm to Earth. If you truly are Thor, I believe she will be of assistance. Please come in, Miss Han Luoyu."
Just as Thor was about to refuse, he saw Han Luoyu push the door open and enter, immediately swallowing his words and replying, "It's not impossible for her to follow me."
Han Luoyu saw Thor and chuckled inwardly, "Oh! Isn't this Brother Jinjiang?"
Thor walked up to Han Luoyu, slinging an arm over her shoulder, and said, "Has anyone ever told you that you look a lot like a Valkyrie, like the kind who rides a flying horse?"
Han Luoyu looked at Thor, raising an eyebrow, "A Valkyrie? Do I really look like one?"
Thor nodded and told her, "Your appearance is quite similar."
Barton and Coulson exchanged glances, their expressions peculiar.
"Anyway, I'll be following you for the next few days," Han Luoyu said noncommittally, getting straight to the point, asking Thor, "What are you planning to do next?"
"I... I don't know," Thor's mood sank to rock bottom. "I can't lift my hammer, I..."
"Alright, I understand," Han Luoyu said with some helplessness, planning to take Thor out for a meal to lift his spirits.
But as she reached the door, she suddenly remembered something, paused, looked at Officer Coulson, and shamelessly asked him, "Officer Coulson, could you advance me a month's salary?"
Coulson generously gave Han Luoyu three months' salary, reminding her, "If anything unusual happens, contact me immediately."
Han Luoyu looked back at Thor, punched him in the chest, and advised, "Alright! Don't be so down. Let's go eat first. You can tell me what's on your mind over dinner."
Seeing Han Luoyu and Thor quickly establish a good rapport, Coulson's lips curved into a smile.
"Eat... Alright..." Thor was still very gloomy.
"Ah, he's a pitiful soul!" Han Luoyu sighed, then led Thor to an open area, grabbed his collar, and shot into the sky.
"Oh! Ah ah ah!"
Thor was startled. Usually, he was the one taking others flying; this was his first time being flown by someone else.
A few minutes later, Han Luoyu looked at the still-shaken Thor, rolled her eyes, and said, "You're scared already? And you claim to be Thor!"
"Wait!" Thor leaned on the doorframe, took a deep breath, and said, "Let me recover for a moment! Also, it's not fear, it's motion sickness... Ugh..."
Seeing Thor vomit, Han Luoyu quickly stepped back two paces, afraid of getting splashed, and thought, "Is this the legendary 'doesn't get carsick when driving, but gets carsick when riding'?"
Thor recovered a bit, and his gaze towards Han Luoyu suddenly brightened. He clapped her on the back, laughing, "You can fly! Just like when I used to swing my hammer..."
At this point, he became dejected again.
Seeing Thor about to vomit again, Han Luoyu said exasperatedly, "Alright, you can vomit here for a bit. I'll go order food, and I'll call you when I come out."
After emptying his stomach, Thor felt much better. He looked up and was surprised to find a familiar face beside him, exclaiming, "Loki! How did you get here?"
With that, he moved to give Loki a hug. Loki didn't refuse, but his expression was very sad.
Thor frowned and asked Loki, "What's wrong? Why that expression?"
"Father... is dead," Loki said to Thor, two lines of clear tears streaming down his face. "Before he died, Father passed the throne to me."
"Dead?" Thor felt a shock in his heart and a bit dizzy. He asked Loki, "What happened?"
Loki's expression changed, and he said bitterly, "It was the Frost Giant. They ambushed Father while he was in slumber. By the time I arrived, it was too late. After Father passed the throne to me, he..."
Thor stumbled, almost falling, then grabbed Loki's shoulders and said, "Loki, as king, you must protect Asgard well!"
"I will!" Loki's eyes were firm, and he agreed immediately. "I must go now. I'll come see you again later."
He cast a magic spell and disappeared.
Han Luoyu pushed the door open, only to find Thor sitting dejectedly at the entrance. The atmospheric pressure around him seemed to have turned negative; the oppressive feeling made her uncomfortable.
Han Luoyu was very surprised. Her Super Vision scanned the surroundings, but she found no anomalies, so she asked Thor, "What's wrong with you now?"
Thor didn't lift his head, saying in a low voice, "My father is dead."
Han Luoyu's eyes narrowed slightly, and she thought, "Loki has already been here! I didn't even notice, and my Super Hearing didn't pick up any movement... Was it magic?"
She sat beside Thor, gently patting his back, and comforted him, "How did you get this news?"
Thor looked up, "Loki, my brother, told me himself."
"What if he's lying to you?" Han Luoyu asked tentatively. "What if your father isn't dead?"
"Impossible!" Thor replied very firmly. "Loki would never lie to me about something like this!"
Han Luoyu sighed helplessly, thinking, "He truly is a doting brother."
Just then, a seven-colored beam of light suddenly appeared in the sky not far away. The light beam lasted for a few seconds before disappearing.
Han Luoyu understood. This meant The Warriors Three and Thor's wife, Sif, had been sent to Earth by Heimdall.
"Bifrost Bridge!" Thor looked at the light beam, somewhat confused. "Has someone else been banished?"
"Let's go, let's check it out."
Han Luoyu prepared to take the initiative, grabbed Thor's collar, and flew towards the location of the light beam.
After landing, Thor shook his head and earnestly told Han Luoyu, "Don't ever fly me again!"
"Hey! Brother!" As soon as Thor landed, Fandral saw him and quickly waved the others to run towards him.
"Hey! Fandral!" Thor was delighted to see Fandral, rushed over and gave him a hug, saying, "How did you get here?"
"We came to bring you back to Asgard to take charge," Fandral said.
Thor frowned, a bad premonition rising. He asked Fandral, "Take charge, what do you mean? Isn't Loki there?"
"It's all a conspiracy!" Fandral gritted his teeth. "The All-Father isn't dead, merely in a deep slumber, and Loki took the opportunity to seize the throne!"
Thor suddenly understood everything and was furious, roaring, "Loki!"
At this moment, Han Luoyu, who was watching the show from the side, interjected, "So, you really are Thor?"
Fandral saw Han Luoyu, and a hint of admiration flashed in his eyes. He asked Thor, "And this is...?"
"Uh, I think her name is Han..." Thor's eyes darted around, unable to recall Han Luoyu's name for a moment.
Han Luoyu rolled her eyes exasperatedly and told Fandral, "My name is Han Luoyu. It's a pleasure to meet you."
"Right, Han Luoyu!" Thor said.
"I'm Fandral, this is Volstagg, this is Hogun, and this is Sif," Fandral introduced everyone to Han Luoyu, then added, "We are all from Asgard."
"Asgard..."
Han Luoyu hadn't finished speaking when she was startled by another seven-colored light beam not far away.
After the seven-colored light beam disappeared, a humanoid giant, glowing golden yellow from within and covered entirely in metal armor, appeared in everyone's sight.
"It's the Destroyer!" Thor's eyes narrowed, and he muttered, "The guardian of the Heavenly Palace, how could it..."
However, the Destroyer gave Thor no time to think, unleashing an energy beam directly at Thor.
Seeing the unfavorable situation, Han Luoyu quickly pushed Thor and the others aside, instantly flew in front of the Destroyer, and punched it in the chest.
Bang!
The Destroyer was sent flying dozens of meters by Han Luoyu, smashing through buildings along the way, yet it was unharmed. Instead, it quickly got up and shot an energy beam at Han Luoyu.
Han Luoyu dodged the energy beam by sidestepping, her eyes gradually turning crimson as she unleashed two high-temperature rays directly at the Destroyer's head.
The high-temperature rays struck the Destroyer's metal armor but caused little damage.
"Tch, so troublesome!" Han Luoyu blew on her bangs and muttered to herself, "I refuse to believe it!"
While Han Luoyu was directly confronting the Destroyer, the Warriors of the Heavenly Palace were not to be outdone, rushing forward one after another to join the battle.
In the distance, Coulson, who had just arrived at the scene, gazed at the battlefield and mumbled, "Kryptonian, truly unreasonable."
Watching everyone struggle in battle for his sake, Thor was both anxious and helpless, followed by deep self-reproach.
Han Luoyu descended from the sky, climbed onto the Destroyer's back, and unleashed a barrage of consecutive normal punches on its back of the head, making the Destroyer clang loudly.
The Heavenly Palace Warriors also swung their weapons, delivering a continuous assault on the Destroyer's legs.
The Destroyer raised its hand, attempting to grab Han Luoyu, but with Han Luoyu's speed, how could she be so easily caught?
She not only dodged the Destroyer's hand but also seized the opportunity to grab its wrist and execute an over-the-shoulder throw, smashing a human-shaped crater into the ground. Instantly, dust flew everywhere.
Han Luoyu inhaled a few mouthfuls of dust, coughing incessantly.
Suddenly, an energy beam shot out from the dust, flying directly towards Han Luoyu's head. Han Luoyu had no time to dodge and could only cross her arms in front of her, forcefully blocking the impact of the energy beam. She was sent flying by the energy beam's force, crashing through several buildings.
"Eek! Ouch!"
Han Luoyu lay on the ground, her arms stinging painfully, and she could faintly smell the burnt odor of roasted meat. She looked down to see that her once fair arms were now charred black.
"It hurts so much!" Han Luoyu grimaced in pain, her arms trembling uncontrollably.
She composed herself, looked at the constantly being thrown Heavenly Palace Warriors, took a deep breath, and rejoined the battle.
In the distance, Thor glanced at Han Luoyu's charred arms, then looked at the Heavenly Palace Warriors, who were bleeding from their mouths and noses, and shouted, "Loki! Enough!"
He stepped onto the battlefield with determined eyes, walked in front of the Destroyer, and said to it, "I know you can see all of this. It's me you want to kill. Stop hurting others!"
Loki, far away in Asgard, was cold as ice, manipulating the Destroyer to unleash a punch that sent Thor flying.
Sif's eyes widened suddenly, and she cried out in sorrow, "Thor!"
Han Luoyu was also silent for a moment. This scene, after all, had finally happened.
